This project is located in a neighborhood in canggu, bali. This 3 bedroom villa designed with natural element all over the building. The use of natural stone for the interior wall create a cozy feeling, and wooden element in the bedroom to make a warm and comforting atmosphere. Balancing the surrounding using vegetation and big opening on the upper floor to embrace the natural element into the villa.

The new look of the old house renovation I posted before.
We do not change the structure but we do an extension with some wooden deck floating on the pool area, also metal plat on the 2nd level forgive natural light to the bedroom upstairs.

After this post, let me show you all the interior look of this house.

This is the first bedroom look and bathroom for the “renovation project”.

Compact space bedroom area, which is 16 sqm. So we use some natural materials; stone and wood. Also, we try to play with recycled paper for the chandelier.

For the bathroom, before there is no natural light come inside. We install perforate plat metal to have natural light with the pattern.

Follow up on this renovation project at the old house, currently, the corridor on the 2nd floor is lacking natural lights, humidity and darkness are hindering users’ ability to enjoy the space.

By opening up what's previously a bedroom and utilizing this new space for a library, office and the usage of tempered glass to replace existing wall as well as an opening into the library, transferring natural light from the west facade of the building into the corridor makes a huge impact on improving the standard of living.

With the new addition of two productive areas, it is certainly transforming this whole house into a one-stop shop for working and living environment.

Another update on our current project.
This time we are concentrating on giving new life to main bedroom on the 1st floor.

Originally it has very little means of natural lights entering the room, by adding L-shaped cornered windows where it spans from east to south part of the elevation, it's allowing mellow morning sun light into the room.

Right under the window, we are placing similar shaped seating area, starring light stained teak wood combined with crisp white cushions on top.

High ceiling in this room gives out vibe of comfort, our plan is to lower small amount of height and introduce dropped ceiling to accommodate indirect lightings and hidden alcove to place air conditioning unit to minimize noise and overall aesthetic for a non intrusive ambience.

Ensuite shower room and corner wardrobe will also receive new features of mood lightings and change of color palette to add cohesiveness to the entire styling.

This project is designed in 2021. Located in Bali with a residential project type.
