This project is located in babakan, bali. This 3 bedroom villa will have a swimming pool on the upper floor that overlook the beautiful ricefield that surrounds the building. Using tropical modern concept to create a building that will balances bali's climate by using vegetation on all the outer area, and using natural material on all the furniture and finishing to provide comfort in the building

Our initial challenge in this build is how to utilize oddly shaped land and an unbreakable panoramic view of the rice field terrace which spans the entire side of the main building.

The land sits on the edge of a conservation area where no residential building is allowed to be built, in terms of view this has become our main focus during the design process.

Placing a swimming pool on the 2nd floor allowing the user to enjoy during their chill session has become our main priority. Having the luxury of your private swimming pool which cover 275 square meters area with added bonus of promising stunning sunset vista is one of the most unbeatable center points of all.
