Our next project in CANGGU consists of four identical contemporary villas and health studio.

Each building plot measures approximately 190sqm, these two storeys detached buildings are designed in super modern approach that marry up with the surrounding and certainly will catch your attention as you walk pass.

We designed one of the side elevation to appear as if it's floating on the padifield, given optical illusion when viewed at certain angle.

This villa is located in canggu, bali. The first to be developed from a 5-building planned area. Located on a contoured land surrounded by ricefield, this villa is designed to be one element with the landscape. It is designed with a modern touch, using calm dark color for the exterior to define the mass of the building, with a lot of opening on the upper floor to direct sunlight inside the building. Designed with an open plan for the living area on the ground floor, before continuing up to the private area on the second floor

The first phase of the build, we are planning on constructing of two villas at the front before continuing the rest of the build.
Our priority in this project is all the necessary services to the building is well integrated within its main construction to create finish product that are practical as well as aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Follow up on “Lair Maison” project, The interior design is concentrating on super sleek elegant styling with combination of muted colour, neutral tone and sharp geometric shape.

Multi level service area is combining open plan living style, a sunken lounge with elevated kitchen to the rear, on the other side the dining area completes with floor to ceiling windows is overlooking the pool straight towards paddy field. Generous sized windows are creating continuous flow and outdoorsy feels from within, it also helps tremendously distributing natural lights throughout the day to the entire ground floor.
